Rebirthing the Renaissance Womban

Oracle. Alchemist. Visionary.

My work is shaped by lived experience, not theory alone. Over the years, time spent in places such as Egypt, Sedona, Hawaii, Morocco, Spain, and Palestine deeply informed how I understand healing, the nervous system, and the body’s natural intelligence.

Each landscape offered a different lessonregulation, resilience, softness, presence, and the ability to meet challenge without force. These experiences guide the way I work today, translating into gentle, attentive sessions rooted in touch, breath, and deep listening.

I hold healing as a non-linear process, built through rhythm, safety, and trust. My approach is intuitive yet grounded, informed by the land, the body, and years of embodied practice.
